SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery charges - uk mainland.
If you place your rope order before 2.00pm Monday - Friday we will endeavour to despatch same day. If any items are out of stock we will notify you of any delays or recommend an alternative if possible. If you place your order after 2.00pm, we will still do everything we can to ship your product the same day if our carriers have not collected - our courier normally collects at around 3.00pm each working day.
We use a combination of parcel carriers and haulage companies to deliver your product on time. Many orders arrive within two days but we have overnight and Saturday options available if required - AM deliveries are also possible - please call for details of pricing for these services.

Regrettably, some postcodes are not available for NEXT DAY or SATURDAY delivery options.

Return & Exchange Policy
All warranty claims are subject to an inspection by a qualified Supertag technician. Warranty claims should sent to Supertag at cost to the customer where on inspection, a full refund, repair, or replacement will be offered subject to a successful claim.
Returns/Options to cancel
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within 14 working days of their purchase being delivered. If you decide to return an item to us during this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item we will not refund the postage charge or the return charge. Returned items will only be accepted if they remain unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
We can not accept returns for cut lengths of rope, custom orders and orders that include any specialised work (including splicing) due to the customised nature of the product.
You agree to pay the postage/shipping cost to return the item to us. Please use a courier service or registered mail when returning items to us as we can not accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
If you are however returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then we will refund the delivery and return fee on receipt of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
